About Roving Labs
The Roving Community Innovation Lab is an initiative by the Institute of Policy Studies (IPS) that aims to promote mutual aid and build supportive communities.
Pop-up exhibitions showcasing innovative ideas for peer-driven projects will be set up in various neighbourhoods, where we seek to inspire active residents like you to kickstart your very own ground-up initiatives.
Roving Labs was born out of a desire to connect residents and strengthen communities within the neighbourhoods of Singapore. We believe that everyone, regardless of experience, has the ability to lead and organise ground-up initiatives for their neighbourhoods.
